THE GUIDE
Since the
age of eleven, Captain Charles W.
Fultz has been fishing the Lower
Laguna Madre: the span of water that
begins north of Port Mansfield and
extends down to South Padre Island;
Where it leads into the Gulf of
Mexico. Over this thirty year
period, Chuck has managed to master
the ability to sight-fish the
shallows of this extraordinarily
productive fishery. Since this span
of water only averages around three
feet in depth, fishing is done on a
thirteen foot Dargel Skooter for a
single client and on a twenty-one
foot Dargel Skout for larger groups.
This enables the captain to escape
overcrowded areas and explore new
territory. So if it's the shallows
of South Texas that interest you,
White Ankle Charters is the right
outfit for you. |
